Every guided visit is hosted by one of the co-owners, who is both a beekeeper and a distiller, and who welcomes you into the captivating world of bees. You'll watch them at work inside our four-season hive, a fascinating sight no matter the time of year. From there, we reveal the behind-the-scenes of production: how our craft spirits are made from the very honey we harvest on site. The experience wraps up in style with a tasting of our house-made alcohol, so you can savour the outcome of all that craftsmanship.
