Guided Tour from the Bee to the Bottle and Tasting — French

Welcome to our urban farm. Apikol is a distillery born out of urban agriculture and located in downtown Quebec City. The guided tour is led by one of the co-owners, who is both a beekeeper and a distiller. You first get to watch the bees at work in our small hive, which stays accessible through all four seasons, a step that draws you into the fascinating world of these insects. The visit then shows you how we craft our artisanal spirits from our own honey. The experience closes with a tasting of those spirits, a chance to sample first-hand the result of the work you have just seen.
