The experience is hosted by Phil the Flavours, private chef and Quebec culinary content creator, accompanied by a Tunisian sous-chef from Sfax.

In a small group, you discover harissa, tabil, spices, fruits, and different sweet and savory recipes, then you cook together before sitting down to share the prepared brunch.
