Concert
Chorus Inspira brings J.S. Bach's St Matthew Passion to the Francis Winspear Centre, the concert hall on Sir Winston Churchill Square in Edmonton. The symphonic choir, known as the Richard Eaton Singers until 2025, has sung in the city since 1951 and appears often with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. Timothy Shantz conducts. First heard in 1727, the Passion is among Bach's largest choral works.
