About this event
The Buena Vista Orchestra revives the legacy of the Buena Vista Social Club at Edmonton's Myer Horowitz Theatre. In the spirit of the famous Cuban project, the ensemble unfolds Cuban son, boleros and guajiras carried by congas, trumpets and tres guitars. Warm rhythms, dance and Caribbean fervour for a tropical night in Alberta. A musical journey to Havana in the university theatre on the University of Alberta campus in Edmonton.
