Breathtaking Gardens, presented by Soul Expansion, is a series of wellness mornings held in the gardens of Casa Loma castle in Toronto. Each Sunday morning pairs a yoga, pilates or stretch class led by a guest instructor with a guided transformational breathwork session set to live music from Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls.
