Black Marble — Synth-pop at La Sala Rossa

New York synth-pop project Black Marble brings its analog machines to La Sala Rossa, a cult venue in Montreal's Mile End. Led by Chris Stewart out of Brooklyn and now Los Angeles, the band tours behind albums Bigger Than Life, It's Immaterial and Fast Idol — vintage synths, drum machines and detached vocals in the post-punk-electronic lineage of Cabaret Voltaire and New Order. Club setting, drawing seasoned synthwave and cold-wave fans.
