Halloween 2026 in Toronto: things to do

Toronto has enough to fill the whole month of October. The Legends of Horror walk-through takes over Casa Loma night after night, with hours set aside for families. At Roy Thomson Hall, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra plays The Nightmare Before Christmas live to film and a Symphony Spooktacular, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show screens with members of the original cast.

On the party side, Halloween nights in late October take place at Sneaky Dee's, Hard Luck Bar, the Phoenix Concert Theatre, REBEL and Evergreen Brick Works. Ghost story fans can choose between several haunted tours, including the Distillery District and the University of Toronto.
