Vincent Vallières

Born in Sherbrooke in 1978, Vincent Vallières has been a fixture of Quebec's songwriting scene since 1996. His fifth album, Le monde tourne fort (2009), sold more than 100,000 copies on the strength of On va s'aimer encore, named song of the year at the 2011 ADISQ gala. His folk-rock-leaning chanson has earned him three Félix Awards and some twenty nominations.
