The Word Alive

The Word Alive is an American metalcore band formed in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2008 and fronted by vocalist Telle Smith. Albums such as "Deceiver" and "Dark Matter" built their following on the swing between crushing breakdowns and melodic choruses. In 2026 the band marks the 15th anniversary of the former and the 10th of the latter with a North American anniversary tour.
