The Pineapple Thief

The Pineapple Thief grew out of Bruce Soord's songwriting in Yeovil, Somerset in 1999, and he still fronts the band on vocals and guitar. Their progressive rock leans atmospheric and melancholy rather than technical, favouring restraint and slow-building tension. The 2016 arrival of drummer Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree, King Crimson) sharpened the band considerably. Their Far and Wide tour reaches Quebec City, Montreal and Toronto in November 2026.
