The Black Keys are an American rock duo formed in Akron, Ohio, in 2001 by Dan Auerbach (guitar, vocals) and Patrick Carney (drums). They started out cutting raw basement blues onto a four-track and ended up filling arenas with Brothers (2010) and El Camino (2011), collecting a run of Grammys along the way. Their 2026 Canadian dates run through Halifax, Ottawa and Montreal.
