Sleep

Sleep are an American stoner/doom metal band formed in California in 1990, pioneers of the genre with the cult album 'Sleep's Holy Mountain' and the monolithic 'Dopesmoker'. Long led by Al Cisneros, Matt Pike and Chris Hakius, the band returns in 2026 with a new lineup pairing Cisneros with drummer Dale Crover (Melvins) and guitarist Bubba Dupree, alongside their first new song in eight years, 'Have Spacesuit Will Travel'.
