Sex Pistols

Formed in London in 1975, the Sex Pistols compressed the whole fury of British punk into a single album, Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols (1977), plus a handful of singles that caused genuine scandal, "Anarchy in the U.K." chief among them. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, founding members Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock have been touring since 2024 with vocalist Frank Carter, marking 50 years of punk.
