Sam Shackleton

Sam Shackleton is a Scottish folk musician, born in Stirling and based in Edinburgh. A graduate in Scottish Ethnology from the University of Edinburgh, he sings while playing clawhammer banjo, guitar and harmonica. His repertoire braids together the oral traditions of Scotland, Ireland and the United States, as heard on "Causeway Recordings" (2022) and "Scottish Cowboy Ballads & Early American Folk Songs".
