Rishab Rikhiram Sharma

Rishab Rikhiram Sharma is an Indian sitarist, composer and producer based in the United States, a fourth-generation member of the Rikhi Ram instrument-making family and the last disciple of Ravi Shankar. He threads classical ragas through electronic, hip-hop and lo-fi textures. In 2022 he became the first sitarist to perform solo at the White House, at a Diwali celebration, and he leads the Sitar for Mental Health initiative he founded in 2020.
