Playlunch are a seven-piece band from Melbourne, formed in 2022 out of singer Liam Bell's home-studio funk demos written during lockdown. They call it bogan funk: horn-driven party songs about Zooper Doopers, Coles aisles and other mundane Australian details. Their 2025 album Sex Ed debuted at #7 on the ARIA Australian Artist chart, and "Keith" landed at #4 in the Triple J Hottest 100.
