Paul Cauthen

Paul Cauthen is an American country singer-songwriter from Tyler, Texas, where he grew up singing in church. His deep baritone, often compared to Johnny Cash's, earned him the nickname "Big Velvet." Formerly half of the duo Sons of Fathers, he has pursued a solo career since 2016 that blends country, gospel and soul, beginning with the album "My Gospel."
