New Constellations is a dream pop and synthwave duo from Portland, Oregon, made up of vocalist Harlee Case and multi-instrumentalist Josh Smith. Childhood friends who reunited in 2015, they broke through with the 2021 single "Hot Blooded." Their debut album, It Comes In Waves, released in 2026, lends its name to the North American tour bringing them to Toronto and Vancouver.
