Mass of the Fermenting Dregs

Mass of the Fermenting Dregs are an alternative rock trio from Kobe, Japan, formed in 2002 around singer and bassist Natsuko Miyamoto. They pair pop melody with fuzzed-out bass and shoegaze guitar, a sound often filed alongside Japan's melodic post-hardcore scene. After several dormant years the band returned in 2016 and now tours well beyond Japan.
