Marian Hill

Marian Hill is an American electronic duo from Philadelphia: producer Jeremy Lloyd and singer Samantha Gongol, who have known each other since high school. Their spare, sultry sound pairs soul vocals with saxophone and clipped, jazz-inflected beats. Debut single Whisky arrived in 2013; the 2016 album Act One put them on the Billboard charts behind the Top 30 hit Down, followed by Unusual in 2018.
