Lucinda Williams

Lucinda Williams is an American singer-songwriter born in Louisiana and a defining voice in Americana and alt-country. Her 1998 album Car Wheels on a Gravel Road won a Grammy and is still treated as a landmark of the genre, as is her much-covered song "Passionate Kisses." Her weathered voice and famously literary writing have earned her multiple Grammy Awards across the decades.
