Julia Jacklin is an Australian singer-songwriter born in 1990 in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales and based in Melbourne since 2017. Her folk-leaning indie rock found its audience with "Don't Let the Kids Win" and then "Crushing," widely praised for the unguarded candour of its writing. Now signed to 4AD, she released "The Gem" in 2026 and is taking it across North America.
