John Cleese

A founding member of Monty Python, John Cleese shaped British comedy with his gift for the absurd and his barely contained exasperation. After Monty Python's Flying Circus and Monty Python and the Holy Grail, he co-created and starred in Fawlty Towers as the hotelier from hell, then won over cinema audiences with A Fish Called Wanda. His 2026 Not Dead Yet! tour marks 50 years of the Holy Grail: a screening of the film followed by a conversation and Q&A in which Cleese shares stories from the shoot.
