J.D. Fortune is a Canadian singer from Nova Scotia. He won the 2005 reality series Rock Star: INXS and became the Australian band's frontman, recording the album Switch and touring worldwide with them until 2011. He now performs under his own name, devoting much of each show to the INXS repertoire he once sang on stage himself.
