Igorrr is the project of French musician Gautier Serre, born in 1984 and based in Clermont-Ferrand. A multi-instrumentalist and producer, he fuses seemingly incompatible genres — black metal, baroque music, breakcore and trip hop — into a singular sound. The name comes from a childhood pet gerbil, Igorr, to which he added an extra 'r.' The project has been signed to Metal Blade Records since 2017.
