Faraj Suleiman

Faraj Suleiman is a Palestinian pianist and composer with a classical training and a restless ear. His music sets Levantine melody against jazz and tango, whether solo or with a band, and he also writes for film. After largely instrumental records such as "Second Verse", he began singing his own Arabic lyrics, wry and melancholy by turns, on stages from Ramallah to Paris.
