Faisal Kapadia

Faisal Kapadia is a Pakistani singer best known as the lead vocalist of Strings, the Karachi band founded in 1988. The duo he formed with Bilal Maqsood shaped Urdu pop rock with hits such as 'Duur' and 'Sar Kiye Ye Pahar', and later produced several seasons of the television series Coke Studio Pakistan. Since Strings disbanded in 2021, Kapadia has pursued a solo career and performs internationally, including across North America.
