The Buena Vista Orchestra is a large Cuban music ensemble carrying forward the repertoire made famous by the Buena Vista movement. Its rotating line-up draws on players from the Buena Vista Social Club, the Afro-Cuban All Stars and the bands of Celia Cruz, Omara Portuondo and Chucho Valdés, led on stage by Cuban violinist Rolando Morejón Reyes. The show blends son cubano, bolero, danzón and Afro-Cuban rhythms.
