Atsuko Okatsuka

Born in Taiwan and raised in Japan before moving to California, Atsuko Okatsuka mines her family, her immigration story and a very physical stage presence — bowl cut included — for autobiographical stand-up. Her first special, The Intruder, put her on the map; her second, Father, premiered on Hulu and Disney+. She was named breakout comedy star of the year at Just For Laughs in 2026.
